Welcome. By using foreverbusiness.org and ordering from us, you agree to these terms. They're meant to be reasonable — if anything's unclear, just email us.

1. Orders & payment

Orders are processed through Stripe. Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Sales tax is collected where required.

2. Shipping

Orders ship in 2–3 business days. U.S. shipping is free on orders $35+ and a $5.99 flat rate under. International shipping is $9.99 flat. We're not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the carrier confirms delivery.

3. Returns

Un-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — must be unworn and in original packaging. Personalized items are non-refundable but if anything arrives damaged or defective, we replace it free. Email hello@foreverbusiness.org to start a return.

4. The "Buy One, Give One" promise

Every order ships two of whatever you purchased. At checkout you choose to either receive both yourself, or have us ship the second one to a recipient you designate (including missionaries on our list). We are not responsible for the recipient's choices once they receive their pair.

5. Personalization

Engraving and personalization are limited to the character counts shown. We reserve the right to reject engravings we find offensive, profane, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, the Grandpa story, logos, and marks — belongs to The Forever Business. Please don't copy or republish without permission. We're happy to grant it generously when asked.

7. User content

If you submit content (Forever Wall dedications, recipient stories, reviews), you grant us permission to display, share, and republish that content with attribution. You're responsible for not submitting content that violates anyone else's rights.

8. Disclaimers

Our products are accessories and reminders, not religious authority or medical/spiritual advice. We make no guarantees about life outcomes, conversions, or relationships — only about a well-made pair of bracelets and a story we believe in.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
