Refund policy

30-day returns

We want you to love your Forever pendants. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

How to return
- Email us at hello@foreverbusiness.org with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We'll reply with return instructions. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
